With two decades of experience in technical recruitment, I founded ENC Technical Search to offer something I felt the market was missing: a specialist, founder-led search partner with genuine cross-sector expertise, industry understanding and personal accountability.
My career has been built inside STEM-intensive, innovation-driven environments, working with organisations across Chemicals & Advanced Materials, Life Sciences & Biotechnology, Manufacturing & Automation, Cleantech & Sustainability, Defence & Dual-Use Technology and Data Centres & High-Reliability Infrastructure.
Over that time, I have seen firsthand how rapidly these industries are evolving. The boundaries between sectors are becoming increasingly blurred as organisations adapt to new technologies, sustainability challenges, digital transformation and changing market demands.
